To make our brownies, you will need 4 ingredients.

  1. Lady Jane Foods Protein Brownie Mix
  2. 1/3 cup oil of choice
  3. ½ cup cool water
  4. 1 large egg

How to make Hemp Protein Brownies

Gather the 4 ingredients mentioned above.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8 cake pan or baking dish
  3. Add content of package into a bowl
    • (Optional: stir in 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts to dry mix)
  4. Add oil, cool water, and egg to bowl with the mix
  5. Stir with a spatula until well combined
  6. Pour into the baking dish
  7. Bake for 22 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
  8. Let cool
  9. Cut into 2” x 4” rectangles, 8 servings
