How do I avoid soy in my food?

In order to avoid soy in your food, you should either eat whole foods that naturally do not contain soy. Or, you have to read labels on box food. Most foods on the shelves contain soy, so you will really want to be diligent.

Why do we make soy free snacks?

We make soy free snacks because there are a lot of people with food allergies. We set out to create REAL, DELICIOUS, and NURTITIOUS snacks that do not contain allergens. It was hard to find.

Is rice soy free?

It depends how it is made. If you make the rice yourself, it should not contain soy unless you add it yourself. Pre-made rice may often contain soy lecithin. We do use rice flour in some of our products that are gluten free.
